"Absolutely amazing from start to finish!!!"
I'd been closely monitoring the progress of this installment of the Brackenwood series, and was very excited when your news post on your userpage notified us that we had only 2 days to wait! Then 2 days later I was browsing the net and my portal guard (a tool for notifying me when submissions enter the portal) popped up saying that Waterlollies had been submitted! I immediately viewed it and was left stunned.
The graphics are the best I've ever seen in a flash animation; your artwork is always a visual feast for the eyes, but this one just blew your previous animations out of the water! Then there was the music which worked flawlessly with the animation and Brackenwood's scenery in general. You even got the guy who scored the Tomb Raider games to do this, no wonder I loved the music!
As for the storyline, I loved it! To see what Bitey does without his one main advantage, his speed, was a masterstroke. Adding references back to previous Brackenwood stories was a great idea as well, as not everyone would have seen these, and may well do so now. You even included the information about the Waterlollies as well, I always think attention to detail is important, and you get definite thumbs up for this.
As you've said this is your most complete Brackenwood tale yet. You managed to include many of the previous creatures from other tales in this one, as well as a reference to Bitey's fear of spiders. This always makes me laugh as he makes out he's this tough badass rebel, but he freaks out over these tiny creatures.
The one thing that I'm unhappy about is that I know I'm going to have to wait a fair amount of time for more tales from Brackenwood. I can't wait, as I know they'll be even better than this one, and I'm not even sure how that is possible! Also, I hope that the next story might move away slightly from Bitey as the main character, as I'm not sure what else you can write for him storyline wise. Maybe follow other Brackenwood characters and have Bitey crop up every now and again. But who knows, you could take Bitey's character and move it to even greater heights, which would be fantastic!
I applaud you sir, as you are an animation genius, and this is proof of that!

This really cracked me up, fucking hilarious. Not only that the graphics are very well done and the timing is perfect. Ok, it's a little short, but that doesn't matter at all, as I got just the right amount of comedy injected into my brain by the end. I'm certainly adding this bad boy to my favourites!

It's a very dark animation, but still very very funny. Also, I'm glad you mentioned Mr Fluffy testifying, as I would have been horrified if he had been killed!
Even though the comedy was awesome I do have a couple of criticisms. Firstly there is the fact you've used stick figures as they don't require much artistic talent to create. Fortunately the comedy makes up for this and doesn't really detract from the submission that much. Secondly, the quality of the audio could have been better; it was quite hard to make out what the dad said in the bar. In this case subtitles may have helped if you didn't want to redo the audio.
Overall an excellent submission, but there is room for improvement.

"Good game, but it needs a lot of improvement"
I liked it, but there are several areas you could make better.
1) Some background music would help.
2) Something needs to be done about the white edge to the playing field.
3) Some kind of time limit would make the game more exciting.
4) Nothing happened when I reached the end, you need to let the player know they've reached the goal.
5) More levels.
You've got the beginnings of a good game; you just need to expand on it.

That cracked me up. I'm a big Nightwish fan and thought this was brilliant. OK the quality of the animation itself wasn't great, but it didn't take away from the comedy genius. Well done good sir, well done!

1) Make it longer.
2) Add sounds/music.
3) Make it a bit more interesting.
You're on the right track, but it just needs more.

I know it's the first episode, but it could have done with a better storyline. Also it was a tad too short for my liking. Graphically it's OK, but is improvable. My general advice is more time and effort, but you're on the right track.

I've been waiting patiently (for the most part) for a sequel to "Dad's Home", and here it is, and you have not disappointed!
A love randomness and "Dad" is the most random character you could ever hope to meet. Must be scary working with the guy, not to mention he's a bit of a show-off, how can anyone possibly compete with completing a full day of work in 5 seconds!?
Also, "The How" is a masterful remix, I love it!
This series is freakin' awesome and I eagerly await the next instalment of "Dad's" insane shenanigans.

This was OK, but could do with some improvements, such as:
1) A preloader.
2) Not having it loop automatically.
3) Having the music stop when it does loop.
4) Making the animation longer and less jerky.
5) A stroyline.

You're on the right track, but need to do several things before you submit to the portal again:
1) Complete the project before submitting.
2) Add music.
3) Change the proportions. The stick people were difficult to see and there was alot of wasted screen space.
This is by no means an exhaustive list, but these pointers should help you.
