[FNF 05 - Board of Palms]

You are awesome!!!

I love your work and this is no exception.

The graphics are great and your style is excellent. However, this is not what draws me to your animation, it's the comedy and randomness. You are left at the end thinking "What just happened?", then burst out laughing!

I can't wait for next Friday!

Best fight scene ever

Alot of people submit fight scenes to the portal to show off their flash skills (or lack of them), but you're the only one who has pulled it off. Good show my man.

The music was a good choice, it worked perfectly with the animation, but I wonder where I've heard it before? ;)

The ending was great. I thought whitey was going to win, but I was wrong.

A little bit full of yourself in the credits, but it made me laugh. I look forward to seeing more of your work in the portal.

Thanks! Yeah, you've probably heard the music in a few movie trailers. I know I originally heard it in the trailer for the movie "The Patriot."

As for the credits, heh yeah, that was just for fun. No one should take that too seriously.

Just beautiful

This made me smile. What made you come up with this? Hippos and noodles aren't topics I would naturally associate with eachother. Wherever the idea came from, it worked.

The graphics are kinda child like (not as made by a child, but look like graphics that would appeal to children) but it works with the song.

I was very impressed to hear that not only did you animate this, but you also created the song yourself. It's nice to find animators that are able to do this.

It's bizarre and I love it, nice one.

A great movie on all levels

There are so many movies out there that are either:

1. Aesthetically great but lack story/meaning.
2. Are made by people that can't animate but have a great story or message to get across.

I'm glad to tell you that this is in neither group.

The graphics are brilliant and you obviously know your way around flash. Your choice of music track couldn't be better. The song itself was awesome and it complemented the meaning of the movie perfectly.

As for the meaning, there could be many. My interpretation is that the protagonist is driven mad by the fact people don't register his existance. All these people around him just existing, but not living. He feels utterly alone.

This is a work of art and should be treated as such.

[Mega Man vs. Quick Man]

100 times better than the average mega man flash

The style of the movie is effin' awesome. I don't have anything against sprite movies, but it was great to see Mega Man un-sprite-ified!

The music and the action went together perfectly and graphics were great. However your animation skills when it comes to blood do need a little fine tuning. Also the background could have done with being more interesting.

I gave a humor rating as it was amusing how Mega Man defeats Quick Man, good stuff!

Wonderfully random

I saw this for the first time last year and thought it was awesome. I love randomness (see profile message) and this is exactly what the doctor ordered. I had heard the song before from a flash at a different site and was pleased to see it being used differently here.

The graphics however could have been better, but the comedy genius more than made up for it. Another thing is that the preloader could have done with a loading bar, or at least have it flashing so you know something is happening.

Overall, amazing and deserves to be back in the top 50.

Timing is everything

The comedy timing here was perfect! Also I love your drawing style. I much prefer to see hand drawn graphics than rectangles coloured in with the fill command any day.

My favourite line was "Hey regular penis, guess what, shun!", it had me pissing myself.

This is pure gold, and I hope to see alot more from you in the future.

I thought this movie was awesome, I even voted it number one in the monthly voting for June!

The artistry can not be flawed and I love your style. Also the music complemented the action perfectly. I wish there were more submissions like this one.

Hardcore violence to a Beatles song, genius!

I have to say I loved this. I've never really been into The Beatles (Yellow Submarine was good though, song and film), and I didn't even know about this song until now. Even if the Beatles didn't like it, I did!

The graphics are great and the lip sync and general syncness is spot on. I can't really give you any pointers on how to improve it, because you have done such a great job. Well done, this is ace!

An excellent submission. The comedy was bang on the money and the voices were perfect (i.e. there was no breathing into the microphone). However, the artistry wasn't all that and the lip sync was (to be honest) terrible. Also a preloader and a replay button may have helped.

You will go far here, you just need to fine tune those skills.
